本隐私政策适用于 Stair Quest（以下简称“本 App”），说明开发者在你使用本 App 时如何处理信息。本 App 是一款基于 Apple HealthKit 的爬楼记录与游戏化挑战工具，用于展示楼层、目标、连续记录、历史趋势和世界地标进度。This Privacy Policy applies to Stair Quest (the “App”). It explains how the developer handles information when you use the App. Stair Quest is a HealthKit-based stair-climbing tracker and gamified challenge tool for floors, goals, streaks, history trends, and landmark progress.
本 App 仅用于运动记录和游戏化反馈，不提供医疗诊断、治疗、处方或其他医疗服务。The App is for fitness tracking and gamified feedback only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or other medical services.
2. 我们不主动收集的信息2. Information we do not collect
当前版本不要求创建账号，也不包含开发者自有服务器。因此，我们不会主动收集、存储或上传以下信息：The current version does not require an account and does not use a developer-operated server. We do not actively collect, store, or upload:
- 姓名、电话号码、证件号码或精确位置；Names, phone numbers, government identifiers, or precise location;
- 通讯录、照片、相机、麦克风或文件内容；Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or file contents;
- 用于广告投放、跨 App 追踪或用户画像的标识符；Identifiers for advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling;
- 原始 HealthKit 健康数据到开发者服务器；Raw HealthKit health data to a developer server;
- 行为分析、广告 SDK 或社交平台追踪数据。Behavior analytics, advertising SDK data, or social-media tracking data.
3. HealthKit 数据3. HealthKit data
当你授权后，本 App 只读取以下 HealthKit 数据，用于计算和展示运动进度：When you grant permission, the App reads only the following HealthKit data to calculate and display fitness progress:

本 App 以只读方式访问 HealthKit，不会写入、修改或删除你的健康记录。你可以随时在“设置 → 健康 → 数据访问与设备 → Stair Quest”中撤回权限。撤回权限不会删除 Apple Health 中的原始记录。The App accesses HealthKit in read-only mode and does not write, modify, or delete your health records. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Stair Quest. Revoking access does not delete the original records in Apple Health.
4. 保存在设备上的数据4. Data stored on your device
为了提供离线进度、去重、历史和伴侣设备功能，本 App 会使用 iOS 本地存储和 App Group 快照保存以下信息。这些数据默认不会上传到开发者服务器：To provide offline progress, deduplication, history, and companion-device features, the App stores the following information using iOS local storage and App Group snapshots. This data is not uploaded to a developer server by default:

卸载 App、清除设备内容或更换设备，可能导致仅保存在设备上的进度和设置丢失。Apple Health 中的原始健康数据不会因卸载 Stair Quest 而被删除。Deleting the App, erasing the device, or changing devices may remove progress and settings stored only on the device. Original health records in Apple Health are not deleted when Stair Quest is removed.
5. 系统权限5. System permissions
HealthKitHealthKit
HealthKit 权限用于读取已爬楼层数和活动能量。后台更新能力只用于在 HealthKit 有新数据时提醒 App 进行同步；本 App 不会在后台读取其他未授权的健康类型。HealthKit permission is used to read Flights Climbed and Active Energy. Background delivery only allows the App to sync when HealthKit has new data; the App does not read other health types without permission.
通知Notifications
当你主动开启每日提醒时，本 App 会请求通知权限，并由 iOS 在设备本地调度提醒。当前版本不使用远程推送服务。拒绝通知权限不会影响核心记录和挑战功能。When you enable daily reminders, the App requests notification permission and schedules reminders locally through iOS. The current version does not use remote push notifications. Denying notification access does not affect core tracking or challenge features.
Apple Watch 与 WidgetApple Watch and Widget
Widget 和 Watch 只接收 iPhone App 同步后的进度快照，不直接读取 HealthKit。传输仅用于在已配对的 Apple 设备之间展示进度。The Widget and Watch receive progress snapshots synced by the iPhone App and do not read HealthKit directly. Transfers are used only to display progress on paired Apple devices.
6. App 内购买6. In-App Purchases
Stair Quest Pro 是一次性购买，不是订阅。购买、支付、退款和交易记录由 Apple App Store 与 StoreKit 处理。开发者不会接触或保存你的银行卡号、支付密码或完整付款信息。Stair Quest Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Purchases, payments, refunds, and transaction records are handled by the Apple App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your card number, payment password, or complete payment details.
为了确认和恢复 Pro 权益，本 App 会向 Apple 请求当前 Apple ID 对应的已验证交易或权益状态。该过程受 Apple 的条款和隐私政策约束。To verify and restore Pro access, the App requests the verified transaction or entitlement state associated with your Apple ID from Apple. This process is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
7. 第三方服务与外部链接7. Third-party services and external links
本 App 当前不集成广告、用户行为分析或跨 App 追踪 SDK。HealthKit、StoreKit、WidgetKit、WatchConnectivity 和通知服务由 Apple 提供，并受 Apple 自己的条款与隐私政策约束。The App does not currently integrate advertising, behavior analytics, or cross-app tracking SDKs. HealthKit, StoreKit, WidgetKit, WatchConnectivity, and notification services are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

8. 系统备份与数据保留8. Backups and retention
本 App 不建立开发者账号体系，也不主动将你的运动记录上传到我们的服务器。若你启用了 iCloud 备份或其他 Apple 系统备份功能，iOS 可能依据你的系统设置备份部分 App 数据。此类备份由 Apple 管理。The App does not create developer accounts or actively upload your fitness records to our servers. If iCloud Backup or another Apple system backup is enabled, iOS may back up some App data according to your settings. Such backups are managed by Apple.
本地数据会在你需要使用相关功能期间保留。由于开发者不保存服务器端运动数据，因此没有开发者服务器上的运动记录可供我们单独删除。Local data is retained while it is needed for the related features. Because the developer does not store fitness records on a server, there are no server-side fitness records for us to delete.
9. 数据删除与撤回授权9. Deletion and withdrawal of permissions
- 你可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤回 HealthKit 或通知权限；You can revoke HealthKit or notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings;
- 删除本 App 通常会移除设备上的本地 App 数据，但系统备份中的副本可能按照 Apple 的备份策略继续保留；Deleting the App normally removes local App data, although copies in system backups may remain according to Apple's backup policies;
- 删除 App 不会删除 Apple Health 中的原始健康记录；Deleting the App does not delete original health records in Apple Health;
- 如果你曾通过电子邮件联系我们，可以通过邮件申请删除该沟通中由我们保存的个人信息，但法律要求或处理争议所必需的信息除外。If you contact us by email, you may request deletion of personal information retained from that correspondence, except information required by law or needed to resolve disputes.
10. 儿童隐私10. Children's privacy
本 App 不以儿童为专门目标用户，也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。家长或监护人应根据儿童的年龄和理解能力，对运动目标和健康数据权限进行适当指导。The App is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Parents or guardians should provide appropriate guidance about fitness goals and health permissions.
11. 数据安全11. Data security
本 App 主要依赖 iOS 应用沙盒、设备访问控制、HealthKit 权限和 Apple 的系统安全机制保护数据。任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护设备密码并及时安装系统安全更新。The App relies primarily on the iOS sandbox, device access controls, HealthKit permissions, and Apple's system security mechanisms. No storage method can guarantee absolute security; protect your device passcode and install security updates promptly.
12. 运动与医学说明12. Fitness and medical disclaimer
本 App 中的楼层、估算高度、活动能量、挑战进度和其他统计仅用于运动记录与游戏化反馈，不构成医疗建议、诊断结论、处方或治疗方案，也不能替代合资格医疗专业人员的判断。Floors, estimated height, active energy, challenge progress, and other statistics in the App are for fitness tracking and gamified feedback only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment and do not replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
如你正在处理具体健康问题、用药问题或紧急情况，请咨询合资格医疗专业人员或当地急救机构。请勿仅依据本 App 内容自行诊断、停药、换药或实施治疗。For a specific health concern, medication question, or emergency, consult a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency service. Do not diagnose yourself, stop medication, change medication, or begin treatment based only on this App.
